How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly from our website. Choose the product you want, select the size, and add it to your cart. Once you're done shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible by email at supporto@nodaboutique.com . We'll do our best to help you.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout Italy and many European countries. For international shipping, please check our "Shipping" page or contact us directly.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery times in Italy are 2–5 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for installment payments.

Returns and refunds
